Speaking to one another is the key word for HINTE since, as full service providers with years of experience, we take care of events throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries. We always try to offer a bit more than a perfectly organised fair, exhibition, congress or event - we try to give each event a distinctive face, so that it lives on in people’s memories.

Open to all sides
Consequently, we are in close contact with the relevant trade associations and the ideal sponsors. But we also make the effort to take particular care of visitors and – most importantly – of every individual exhibitor. Finally, we are the competent contact persons for the regional and national media, for sponsors, for the technical service providers, caterers and much more besides.

Giving impetus and making connections
HINTE is a hub of activity. And the impetus also radiates from HINTE. From devising an overall concept to consultations on the location, or marketing and budget planning, we work out the basics of an event together with our partners. Once we have a basis to go on, we get down to the details: the organisation from beginning to end, the complete running before and during the event and evaluation of the event afterwards.
